121 Days To Lose 25kg Challenge | Week One

Weight lost so far = 2.2kg

Hey, everyone. I mentioned on the blog that I was going to be doing a ”weight loss diary” (if you’d call it that) on here for those of you who are interested in following my journey.

So, this week hasn’t actually been that bad. I’ve been trying out super simple foods that are quick and easy to make. I have found some amazing recipes that are mega healthy and absolutely delicious but still filling and healthy.

I’ve been exercising every day which is already a big change for me. Basically, I have been doing 20-45 minutes of ZUMBA every day along with 40 minutes worth of cardio and stretching exercises. I usually do the exercises in the morning and then ZUMBA in the afternoon.

My plan isn’t to go down to a size 0 so I’m not too fussed if I don’t see much difference at first. The beginning is always the hardest, right?

So far, I can’t really complain. I’m being able to keep up with cooking healthily and have actually been having healthy snacks too. I’ve only lost 2.2kg but that is already something considering before I started this the scales were just going up instead of down so I could lose 100 grams and still be happy with that.

Let me know if you try this challenge out too. Remember to keep eating, keep hydrated and don’t over-do yourself. Your health is more important than trying to lose a bunch of weight in any amount of time.
